This guide explains how to use CLIVORA in plain language, for freelancers and clients.

1. Create your account

  1. Go to clivora.io/signup or install the Android app.
  2. Choose Freelancer or Client at signup. This choice is locked to your email (you cannot switch later on the same account).
  3. Verify your email when prompted.
  4. Sign in on web or app with the same account.

Tip: Use Google sign-in on web if you prefer one-click login.

2. Freelancer workflow

Add clients

  • Web: App → Clients
  • App: Clients tab
  • Free plan: up to 3 clients. Pro: unlimited.

Create projects

  • Link a project to a client, set budget and status.
  • Free plan: up to 5 projects. Pro: unlimited.

Send invoices

  • Create an invoice, add line items, send a share link to your client.
  • Free plan: 10 invoices per month. Pro: unlimited.

Use the dashboard

  • See paid revenue, outstanding amounts, and quick actions.

Hub (app-first features)

On web, App → Hub shows tools that work best in the Android app: AI assistant, file vault, automations, rich PDF, time tracking, and more. Use Get app to install or open the app.

3. Client workflow

Clients see a slate-themed portal focused on work shared with them.

What clients can do

  • View shared projects and invoices
  • Messages with their freelancer
  • Activity feed of updates
  • Account settings and plan

Connect (Pro Plus)

  • Post job needs so freelancers can apply
  • Browse talent and send Connect requests

4. CLIVORA Connect (marketplace)

Browse for free. Contacting and posting require Pro Plus ($19/mo).

For freelancers

  1. Upgrade to Pro Plus.
  2. Go to Connect → Update my profile (or /connect/manage).
  3. Fill in title, headline, bio, skills, rate, location, availability.
  4. Turn Listed on to appear on the public board.
  5. Browse Jobs and apply, or wait for clients to contact you.

For clients

  1. Upgrade to Pro Plus.
  2. Go to Connect → Post a job.
  3. Add title, summary, skills, budget band.
  4. Browse Talent and send Connect requests.

How contact works (private by design)

  1. You send a Connect request with a short message.
  2. The other person sees it in Inbox.
  3. If they Accept, email addresses are revealed.
  4. Continue the relationship in CLIVORA CRM (clients, projects, invoices).

Why this matters: Unlike open marketplaces, your email is not public on day one.

5. Messages

  • Freelancers: App → Messages (web) or Messages in app.
  • Clients: client messages screen in portal.
  • Chat syncs via Supabase when online.

6. Upgrade plans

PlanPriceBest for
Free$0Trying CLIVORA, small workload

  • Android: Subscribe in app via Google Play.
  • Web: clivora.io/pro, submit payment proof (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank). Admin approves and unlocks your plan.

Already on Pro? The web checkout will not ask you to pay for Pro again, only Pro Plus upgrade if you want Connect.

Already on Pro Plus? You see an “already unlocked” message, no extra payment.

7. Account restrictions

Admins can set accounts to:

StatusWhat happens
BlockedCannot use the app; redirected to blocked page
RestrictedCan browse Connect; cannot post or send contact requests

Contact support if you believe this is a mistake: contact@clivora.io.

8. Android app tips

  • Offline: CRM data works offline; syncs when you sign in online.
  • Deep links: Links from web can open the app (clivora:// scheme).
  • Notifications: Enable push for invoice and message alerts.
  • Backup: Export workspace from Settings (app).

9. Web app tips

  • Use Back to app and breadcrumbs on Connect and Pro pages.
  • Smart app CTA in the header: installs Play Store app if missing, or opens app if installed.
  • Cloud CRM on web mirrors Supabase, best for quick edits; heavy work stays in Android.
