Sign in with Google shows a strange supabase.co address

That text is Google’s OAuth screen showing the login redirect host, not your database being exposed.

• On Android, Google Sign-In is native and shows CLIVORA / your Google app branding.
• On web, set the Google Cloud OAuth consent App name to CLIVORA, add your logo, privacy/terms links, verify clivora.io, and Publish the app. Details: ask support or your developer for the branding checklist.

Until Google branding is published, some browsers may still show a technical host. Your data stays protected by account rules.

How do I create an account?

Go to Sign up on the website or install the Android app from Google Play. Choose Freelancer or Client when you register, this choice stays with your email.

Can I use the same account on web and Android?

Yes. Sign in with the same email on both. Your plan and Connect data follow your account.

Is browsing Connect free?

Yes. Anyone can browse talent and jobs. Contacting others and posting profiles or jobs requires Pro Plus.

When can someone see my email?

Only after both sides accept a Connect request. Until then, contact stays private.

Billing

What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?

Pro unlocks unlimited CRM tools. Pro Plus includes Pro plus Connect posting and contact.

I already paid, why am I asked again?

You shouldn't be. If you already have Pro or Pro Plus, the checkout page shows your active plan instead of charging again. Contact support if something looks wrong.

How do I cancel?

Android subscriptions are managed in Google Play. For web manual payments, email support.

My account says restricted

You can browse Connect but cannot post or send contact requests. Email support if this is unexpected.

My account is blocked

Sign-in is disabled. Contact support with your registered email.

Invoices & clients

How do I send an invoice?

On Android, open Invoices → create → share the link. On web, use App → Invoices. Free plans have monthly limits; Pro removes them.

Where is the best place to work offline?

Use the Android app. Web needs an internet connection.
