Key Responsibilities
- AI Static Ad Design: You use our powerful, self-developed AI static ad engine to create and design beautiful static ads that will be seen by millions of people.
- You are in charge, the AI helps you fulfill your mission.
- Creative Testing: You develop new angles, hooks and visual concepts, test them in live campaigns and double down on what performs.
- Team Collaboration: Work with an ambitious team of marketing managers and creative designers to ensure projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Shape the AI engine: Give feedback to our product and engineering team and shape how our static ad engine will evolve and improve over time
Requirements & Qualifications
Passion for designing ads, you love design and creative work Years of experience in designing static ads Work experience in paid social or with performance marketing campaigns Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant Curious and excited about AI rather than afraid of it Fluent English Nice to Have Work experience at a marketing agency You have won awards for your creative work You worked with big brands before
