Tasks Specific tasks will be shared closer to the interview stage Market & Regulatory Assessment - Analyse industry trends, policy incentives, and regulatory risks impacting the property sector Competitive Positioning - Evaluate the target’s market share, unique value proposition, and differentiation from competitors Commercial & Revenue Analysis - Assess revenue streams, pricing models, customer base, and future growth potential Operational & Cost Review - Examine supply chain dependencies, technology readiness, and cost structures Risk & Investment Feasibility - Identify commercial risks, scalability challenges, and alignment with investor objectives Requirements A currently active independent consultant Strategy or Operations consulting background at a tier 1, tier 2, Big 4, or specialist boutique. Alternatively, a transactions background in Private Equity (PE) or Investment Banking (IB) German speaking required Experience working in tech-adjacent industries would be a plus Comfortable with a hybrid setup from their London HQ
