Finance and Administration Assistant

What you will be doing You will review, process, and create invoices, ensuring their timely and accurate payment. You will assist us in processing and documenting invoices and other documents on Salesforce, Google Drive, and Agenda. You will assist us with general accounting and administrative tasks. You will assist us with reviewing the payment traffic, creating payment reminders and dunning letters. You will assist us by processing monthly billings and writing reports. You will help us optimize processes and make them more efficient. More about you You have completed a business degree with a focus on finance. Or: You have completed commercial training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified accountant. You bring relevant experience in the financial sector, ideally as an accountant in start-ups or the real estate industry. Very good German and English skills. Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail
