Your Work as a Senior Software Engineer You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable software systems. This involves: Leading the implementation of new features and services, from concept to production. Collaborating with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements and architectural solutions. Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and engineering standards. Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing existing systems for performance and reliability.

The salary range for this position is EUR 70,000-100,000 per year. Your First Months at heimsoft Within your first few months, you will have integrated into the team, taken ownership of key modules, and contributed to the successful launch of a new feature. You will have influenced architectural decisions and started mentoring a junior team member, solidifying your role as a technical leader.
