- Inglés: B2 conversacional, requisito indispensable.
- IA Agéntica (Excluyente): Experiencia real construyendo agentes desde cero (LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Google ADK, etc.), integrando LLMs/VLMs, RAG, y evaluando sistemas de IA en producción (manejo de fallos no deterministas).
- Backend & Cloud: Nivel experto en Python (FastAPI). Experiencia profunda con arquitecturas serverless en AWS, Azure o GCP.
- DevOps & Data: Infraestructura como código (Terraform), CI/CD (Docker), y experiencia sólida en sistemas de búsqueda y recuperación a escala (OpenSearch o Elasticsearch).
