Role Overview
Salary: £40,000 - 50,000 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with senior management to deliver SaaS products and bespoke client platforms
- Direct and review AI agent work: decomposing tasks, writing the specs agents
Requirements & Qualifications
- Full-stack proficiency across frontend and backend - Frontend: Vue 3 (Composition API, Pinia, Tailwind) - Backend: Node.js (Express), REST APIs, third-party integrations
- Strong MongoDB experience: CRUD, schema design, indexing and query optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, with a clear view on where agentic tooling genuinely helps and where it doesn't. This is how we deliver, not a side experiment
- Solid engineering fundamentals: Git workflows, unit testing, debugging, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and modern deployment practice
- A mindset that embraces Agile, continuous learning and AI-assisted development, with the autonomy to own work end to end
