Role Overview
Als SDR in unserem Sales-Team bist du dafür verantwortlich, dass potenzielle Neukunden auf uns aufmerksam werden. Dein Ziel? Du buchst Meetings für unser Team aus talentierten Account Executives. Dein primärer Outbound-Channel ist der Cold-Call, aber du kontaktierst Prospects auch via E-Mail und LinkedIn. Dafür musst du hartnäckig sein, fokussiert bleiben und dich voll und ganz für simpleclub und dein Team einbringen. Du berichtest an deinen Teamlead im SDR-Team und arbeitest eng mit deinem SDR-Team und dem AE-Team zusammen, um einen klaren Prozess zur Qualifizierung von Leads zu entwickeln. In dieser Position gestaltest du das Wachstum von simpleclub aktiv mit und bist daran beteiligt, wie Unternehmen in ganz Deutschland ihre Auszubildenden in den ersten Berufsjahren ausbilden. Deine Kunden sind auf absehbare Zeit deutschsprachig.
