Role Overview
in a nutshell: Pearmill is a Claude-native performance creative agency. A lot of our clients are B2B SaaS, fintech, and AI companies, plus some fun D2C brands. You'll be the creative brain on some of our biggest accounts: find the buyer and the hook, build the strategy, and run each round with our production team. You also know how to make the ads yourself, so your briefs are sharper and you can jump in when a round needs it. And you'll build the Claude skills that make the whole team faster.
Ready to run: You should be able to own a big account within your first few weeks, and think past the ad to what the client's business needs.
You'll have a team: Our designers, motion designers, and UGC producers build most of the work. You'll also work alongside other strategists, plus a Growth Manager and media buyers on each account
