Role Overview
This is not an academic internship; it's a build-and-ship role. You will collaborate with the founding team to integrate intelligence into every layer of the hiring platform. You'll focus on creating usable AI systems that make a difference rather than just developing models
Key Responsibilities
Education & Eligibility
- Prototype AI agents for candidate matching, workflow automation, or decision support.
- Fine-tune large language model (LLM) prompts and models for hiring-specific applications.
- Experiment with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows.
- Integrate AI modules into platform processes alongside product and engineering teams.
- Conduct internal A/B tests and evaluate AI features.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
