Role Overview

- Build and maintain internal tools and systems used to run the agency, including integrations between our project management, support desk and reporting platforms
- Build external tools, web applications and integrations for clients
- Use AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to plan, build, test and ship work efficiently
- Review, test and take full ownership of AI-generated code before it goes live
- Write clear technical specifications and break larger projects down into manageable pieces of work
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and automation platforms
- Maintain code quality, security and documentation across all projects
- Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins and functionality for client websites
