- We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to help our teams move from small setups to large-scale projects.
- This role is about more than just tools; it is about building complex systems and helping different teams work together effectively.
- Experience: At least 6 years working as a DevOps.
- Key Tools: High-level expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins.
- CI Knowledge: Strong experience with Continuous Integration, including setting up KPIs and automated code quality checks.
- Architecture: Familiarity with microservices and how to build systems that scale.
- Soft Skills: Ability to handle complex team dynamics and lead people through change.
- Modeling: Ability to create clear diagrams (like UML) to show how technical processes work.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively during the first2-3 months, with the role becoming fully remoteafterward.
