Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Full-Stack Python Software Engineer to drive high-quality delivery across Python services and modern React/NextJS front ends in Scrum. You will pair with the team on AWS, PostgreSQL, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code, lead code reviews, and apply AI (including Claude) in the SDLC
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver back-end and front-end development work across the product scope
- Collaborate with teammates to streamline and improve the development process
- Review code and uphold high engineering and quality standards
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and actively contribute to the agile workflow
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs and vulnerabilities quickly and effectively
- Apply AI tools and approaches throughout the software development lifecycle
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of 5+ years with Python, FastAPI, and Infrastructure as Code
