Role Overview
We are looking for an AI Native Delivery Manager to lead high-performing, cross-functional AI-native delivery pods across production client engagements. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating end-to-end software delivery by leveraging AI-accelerated Software Development Life Cycle (AI SDLC) models, Spec-Driven Development (SDD), and modern AI coding infrastructure.
This role is ideal for experienced Delivery Managers or Engineering Managers with a strong software engineering background who have actively integrated AI tools into their delivery workflows and are passionate about setting new benchmarks for software delivery speed and quality
