About the Company
DevBrother is partnering with a European telecommunications provider to build a highly secure, fully on-premise AI ecosystem from the ground up. We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of the hardware, models, and server infrastructure. You will act as the technical lead for the AI deployment, working remotely to configure systems with occasional travel to Croatia for bare-metal hardware setup and localized performance tuning
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Hardware: Lead the setup and configuration of multi-GPU servers, including BIOS, firmware, and NVIDIA driver optimization during on-site visits or via secure remote access.
Search & Speech Ecosystem:
- Local LLM Deployment: Serve and orchestrate open-source models using vLLM, SGLang, or similar frameworks.
- Manage quantized models, implement OpenAI-compatible endpoints, and configure routing/fallbacks between models.
