Du bist nicht nur Sparringspartner:in für das Team, sondern auch selbst an der Front aktiv. Deine Deals, dein Impact.
Zudem arbeitest du eng mit unserem Head of Sales zusammen und bekommst echte Verantwortung vom ersten Tag an.
- Du verkaufst unsere SaaS-Lösung an mittelständische Unternehmen und Konzerne - beratend, strategisch und auf Augenhöhe.
- Du bist hands-on aktiv sowohl im Inbound als auch Outbound: identifizierst Leads, führst Erstgespräche, baust Vertrauen auf - und machst den Sack zu.
- Du verantwortest deine Pipeline, KPIs und Zielerreichung - wir setzen auf Transparenz, nicht auf Micromanagement.
- Du denkst Prozesse mit - und weiter: Was nicht rund läuft, wird mit dir besser.
