Role Overview
We are seeking a Nominee Director to assist with basic corporate compliance requirements. This is a part-time, non-operational appointment with very limited involvement. The initial setup may take approximately 1-2 hours, followed by occasional tasks once or twice during the year
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the appointed UK Nominee Director.
- Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely.
- Assist with occasional corporate compliance matters.
- Compensation: £100 - £125 per month
