Role Overview
We are recruiting a Nominee Director to provide limited support with company formalities and compliance. This is a part-time, non-operational role with a very small time commitment. The initial setup may require 1-2 hours, followed by occasional requirements throughout the year
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the company's appointed UK Nominee Director.
- Sign relevant company and banking documents remotely.
- Provide occasional assistance with corporate compliance matters.
- Compensation: £100 - £125 per month
