Growth Marketer- Reception.ai

We're looking for someone to own self-serve growth for Reception.ai , ElevenLabs' conversational agents product built specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. Millions of SMBs miss calls, lose leads, and stretch their teams thin on routine customer conversations, and we're making it possible for any of them to set up a voice agent that answers, qualifies, and books on their behalf in minutes. If you're successful, Reception.ai becomes the default choice for any small business adding AI to how it talks to customers. You'll play a key role in building and scaling our primary growth channels, including paid digital campaigns, influencer and creator partnerships, SEO, partnerships with SMB-focused platforms and communities, and viral launches. As a data-driven team, you'll analyze our acquisition channels and our users to understand what drives activation, conversion, and retention in the SMB segment and will also help drive the product roadmap

Highly creative and experimentation-driven, with extensive experience running and optimizing data-driven growth campaigns, ideally for SMB or prosumer products Familiarity with growth channels such as SEO, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and organic social, plus an understanding of how SMBs discover and buy software Strong grasp of self-serve funnels: signup, onboarding, activation, and conversion to paid Self-starter with strong ownership, autonomy, and a bias toward action and automation Demonstrated initiative and accountability for outcomes and systems Relentless commitment to excellence: holds a high bar for quality, clarity, and impact Bonus Founder or early-stage experience: has built and scaled something from scratch Experience marketing to SMB verticals such as home services, healthcare, hospitality, or professional services #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
