Your Mission As a Software Engineer at CCS, you'll play a key role in our modernization journey-bridging legacy systems with future-ready solutions. You'll help deliver innovative, high-quality software that transforms how our clients operate. • You'll join a team focused on modernizing our insurance back-office systems-critical components in our clients' ecosystems.
• Your main focus will be on SureCore , our next-gen solution that works in tandem with Level , our trusted legacy platform.
• This hybrid approach lets us evolve system functionality domain by domain.
• You enjoy working at the intersection of old and new tech, and you thrive on technical challenges that require creativity and collaboration.
• Your Skills & Experience Must-have: Strong experience with .NET Hands-on knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) Comfortable with Docker and container orchestration Proficient in GitHub for version control and collaboration Familiar with both relational and NoSQL databases Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and cloud-native patterns Excellent team player with clear communication skills and a love for continuous learning Nice-to-have: Background in non-life or income insurance Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Pulumi Familiarity with Azure and/or .NET Aspire What We Offer Competitive gross salary: €4,500 - €5,750 per month, depending on experience 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 vacation days (option to buy up to 20 extra) Workweek of 32-40 hours, tailored to your needs Laptop and phone provided Remote work expense allowance and budget for an ergonomic home office setup 1-year contract with the intention of permanent employment Pension plan with low personal contribution and discounts on group insurance Access to a company fitness program and bike plan Option to work abroad (up to 30 consecutive days per year) Fun team activities organized by our dedicated FUN team A future you build with us: you bring the ambition, we offer the opportunities Why Join CCS?
